WP Bakery (Visual Composer)

  • Hi,

    I updated from wordpress 4.4.16 to 4.9.8. After the update WP Bakery (Visual Composer is no longer working. I have tried various tutorials but I can’t seem to get it working again.

    I am wandering if it has anything to do with licensing. I am using Ronneby theme from themeforest. Is it possible that the update has caused me to loose my license which comes included in my theme?

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
