Order Emails w/ MailChimp

I have a quiz I am selling the results to upon completion. My current system runs like this:

Quiz Taken > Email Entered > Results & Answers Sync’d to Mail Chimp > Customer Redirected to Sales Page > Customer Buys > **Results Sent**

My plan was to send results manually since I don’t know how to do this through Mail Chimp but am wondering, if I have all of the results and answers I need saved in MailChimp as “Merged Fields” can I use these to craft unique emails with conditional logic? (Ex: Result 1 > Send Email 1, Result 2 > Email 2, etc…)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
