Link in menu to go to page of posts?

I have a menu of pages:

<?php wp_list_pages(‘depth=1&title_li=’); ?>

to that (at the end of the list) that I’d like to add a link (blog) that goes to a page showing all the posts.

How the heck do I do that? thanks in advance, ad
