    I’ve sent several messages requesting help with the Pro version. I did receive one response a day ago with the assurance I would get an answer but I’ve heard nothing back.
    I will have to request a return on this product if I can’t get support — support is the reason I bought the Pro in the first place.
    Please help.. the support ticket number 1295
