Zoom Not Working – Instead shows shortcode below image

  • I downloaded this plugin on my site, but it will not zoom, or magnify. Instead it shows “[magnifier_image]” underneath my image, as though the shortcode is not working properly? Any suggestions?

    Unfortunately, we can’t replicate your issue in our installation.

    In order to check what is happening, could you change your actual theme to the default WordPress theme “twenty sixteen” and checking if the problem is solved or persist, please?
