how to use with download manager?

Hi! i currently use dowload manager for uploading things to wordpress, when i get the file on wordpress i get a shortcode that i can place in the page where i want the download to be, one shortcode example is [wpdm_package id=’1200′], how can i add the agreement for it? thanks!
