vendor information not shown in woocommerce invoice

@trimastir, WooCommerce PDF Invoice is not compatible with WC Marketplace, hence vendor’s information are not getting displayed there.

So, you have to do custom code and add this details. For this please check hook/filters of WooCommerce Invoice.
