    Therefore we highly recommend installing this “Classic Editor Addon” plugin, which will auto-install the “Classic Editor” plugin.

    I get the following:
    [Dependency] We have detected that the main Classic Editor plugin, has not yet been installed. Install Now ?

    Thanks for catching that. We decided against auto-installing in the end. We need to change it into

    … which will automatically download the “Classic Editor” plugin to enable easy install

    or something like that.

    Opened an issue on Github where we deal with these kind of things.

    Closing it here.

    @senlin This is still on the plugin’s page:

    Looks like this plugin is not maintained. Gutenberg is almost coming and if you are serious about your plugin you should be on top of it.

    @wendihihihi

    You are right, it is still there.

    If you’d follow the link to the issue we opened for it on Github, you will see it is still on our todo-list.

    We think it is not a huge thing, especially since instead of auto-installing the Classic Editor plugin, there is an on-screen notice that needs to be clicked.

    But, as you say that Gutenberg is almost coming, we have updated both readme files now.

    Thanks again for pointing this out.
