gallery preview not working

Could you please troubleshoot the issue by temporarily deactivating other plugins one by one? Make sure to test your gallery each time.

This way you will find which plugin is conflicting with Photo Gallery.

I made a copy of my site and disabled all the plugin : https://dev.mouskif.ch/bwg_gallery/escalade-yoga-printemps-2016/
I changed the theme too
The problem remained

I am happy to inform you, that our development team has resolved the problem on your website. They have enabled Show custom post option from Photo Gallery Options > General tab, then reinserted the shortcode of your gallery.

Therefore, in case you have another gallery on your website where this issue occurs, please make sure reinsert the shortcodes.
