  • Hello @versone,

These 2 links you sent: https://thebigtraveltheory.fr/2018/08/07/le-temple-bouddhiste-diguacu-une-visite-un-poil-decevante/
    and https://thebigtraveltheory.fr/2018/08/07/arrivee-a-foz-do-iguacu-et-visite-du-temple-bouddhiste/

Are not working so I was unable to check the gallery and see if there are any issues with it.

However, I have found a Modula gallery here: https://thebigtraveltheory.fr/2018/08/28/decouvrir-les-autres-merveilles-de-rio/
And it seems to be working properly.

    Did you found a solution?

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

    Hi,

Thanks for your comeback, sorry I forgot to put the article in “public”. (second gallery)
I don’t found a solution, the article have you found, it was before use the plugin (external media).

I don’t understand what the different beetween media load manuelly and picture load with the plugin “external media”

    Hello @versone,

Can you please delete those images from the gallery and re-add them?

Please let me know if that fixes it.

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

    Hello @mplusb,

I did and I have the same problem. But I see a new symptom, if I edit the picture in mediatheque (not in modula), i can’t add image. Modula tell me “error add image”.

    Versone

Could you please send a screenshot with that error and how are you adding the images?
If you do not want to share them here you can send them over through our official website here.

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

    Thank you, Versone!
Did you configure your OneDrive app correctly?
    See my screenshot: https://gyazo.com/c3fbebd836bff660ce97fc54dc62c4ae
I have installed the plugin and tested it with DropBox and it works.

Could you test it out with DropBox as well?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best wishes,

    Hello,

I copy my answer that I made on your modula email address

I tried with dropbox, I can upload image, but I have same problem with Onedrive. Image don’t show in article. If I modifie picture’s orientation before add in modula gallery, I have the same message “error adding images”.

In short, it’s exactly the same problem with dropbox.
what can we do to progress in the resolution ?

Thanks a lot for your help.

    Erwan.

Problem isn’t “Resolved”, to fix article I must reload image without Onedrive.
But If I must use image loaded by Onedrive (via external media), I can’t use Modula.

@versone – I’ve opened up a ticket with our development team re. this issue.

You can follow it here: https://github.com/MachoThemes/modula-lite/issues/40

I’ll give this another go tomorrow and see if I can reproduce this issue.

    Thanks,
    Cristian.

@versone – turns out, there is a bug with Modula & OneDrive App. A future update might fix this, but it’s not currently on our high priority list.

So far, you’re the only one who’s complained about this issue.

Will be marking this as resolved as I’ve already opened up a ticket with our development team and have documented the issue.

I’m really sorry Modula didn’t work out the way you’d expect. It’s a very strange bug that we haven’t even considered so far.

    Thanks,
    Cristian.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback.
if I take the modula premium, is there a chance that this bug does not exist?

    Hello @versone,

Modula Pro works the same way as the Lite version, it only has more features.
So this still exists in the Pro as well unfortunately.

    Thank you,
    Mihaela
