Pin to Menu

Where did the option “General settings > Pin to Menu” go? I need to make the filled in forms available to non-admin users. Google results lead to threads where it was mentioned, but in this version it seems to be gone or somewhere else. In your documentation I did not find hints if it’s gone nor where its now.
