Can’t find header

I’ve been looking for a couple of hours at least and I just can’t find the header image for this site. I can only guess its somewhere in the theme; name: Ribtun vr. 1.0.

I’ve looked everywhere I can think of i.e. Ribtun Options and of course Appearance > Customize, and there’s no place to upload , edit, or otherwise work with the header image.

Client wants a header that doesn’t take up the better part of the page when it first opens. I’m thinking something on the order of 200 px high. That part wouldn’t be a problem if i could only access the image /header.

Anybody have any thoughts on this.
