    Hi,

    I am trying to a embed a Google Surveys Form on my WordPress website using your plugin. However, it appears to be unsuccessful because it does not appear on
    any page. How exactly should your plugin be used to make a Google Surveys form appear on my website bearing in mind a code snippet they want me to put in my website?

    No responses are being collected because the survey is simply not appearing on any webpage. I have no Javascript and HTML programming experience whatsoever.
