changing scrollbar colors once WP is in an iframe

sounds complex, kinda…
i have my index.php file inside an iframe on my website (https://blog.pxperfect.com/) and it won’t recognize my scrollbar color changes that i made in my wp-layout.css file. also, for some blasted reason, it makes it keep having a horizontal scroll bar when it doesn’t need one. i’ve been trying to figure this out all day!
