Unfortunately, the cache cleanup on content saving is indeed something automatic in the free version of the plugin.

Using the pro addon version of the plugin you can either:
– Disable the auto cleanup on save
– Use the cache pre-loading feature: you can select a set of pages where cache will be regenerated right away after and cleanup action
