Avatars not showing + wrong author box showing

Hi, I have two issues that I hope u can help me w:

1) Avatars that I choose for Guest Authors don’t appear in the author’s post or author archive page. Example: https://www.theturbantimes.com/author/jade-saab/

2) When choosing Guest Authors for a post, it features the correct author in the byline. But the author box which appears in the end of a post is the author box of a different user.
Example: https://www.theturbantimes.com/2018/07/24/we-need-to-talk-about-nas-daily/ –?in this example, the post is correctly attributed to Guest Author “Jade Saab”, but the author box after the post content is of a different user: “The Turban Times Blog”
