    Hi,
    I use the contact form maker for a small contact form, since a longer time.
    Know I recognized that the form doesn’t work anymore.
    The buttons show no reaction. The debugging utility show no interaction.
    When I tried to edit the form, I recognized, that the edit function is not available anymore.
    When I enter the form via Set dislay options –> back to form. I receive a warning message that the theme is outdated and I have to choose another one. When I try this I’m not able to save the change.

    Any ideas?
