    I’ve sent emails directly to Caroline and WaterWoo with zero response. Perhaps you can reply here?

    Our WaterWoo stopped working at some point recently. I can’t tell why. You can download the PDFs but there is no longer any password prompt or watermarking happening.

    Currently running:

    Wordpress 4.9.8
    WooCommerce 3.4.4
    WaterWoo 2.2.2

    I really need to get this resolved ASAP so any input would be greatly appreciated.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
