doesn’t work with pdf files

  • Downloaded and installed on my multisite site. Drag filename to appropriate button. Click on update button. Test it out: file not updated. Is this supposed to work with .pdf files in the media library or only image files?

    Hi,
    thanks for your message, sorry to hear about this issue!

    Could you please try 2 different things so we help us narrow down the source of the problem:
    1) try to flush you site’s cache as the file may be replaced already but because of the caching this won’t be visible?
    2) try to downgrade your plugin version using an older release from this page.
    Test it please and let us know if an older plugin version solves the issue?

    If after upload site is redirected to YOURDOMAIN/wp-admin/wp-admin/upload.php
    it means, the server parametrs are too low.
    Try increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize into php.ini file.
    If the uploaded file is large than above parametrs, the plugin redirect to /wp-admin/wp-admin/upload.php
