After the last update, all ads are saved as php code and not as image ads. Before the plugin was working fine.

    Hi lukepedroni,

thanks for your message about a potential problem.

Just in case, I created a new image ad on my test environment. There was no problem with it.

It might be a script problem. Could you please clear your browser cache? If that doesn’t help, do you know how to debug JavaScript in WordPress? It could be a conflict with some other script.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

The problem is in the admin side. When I create the image ad, when I publish it, it is saved as code ad.

    Thanks.

You are the only user who reached out with that problem now, but not the first one in the last years. Every time I investigated, it came down to another plugin breaking something in Advanced Ads or WordPress core that caused this.

Would it be possible for you to disable other plugins to see which one conflicts? You can use the free Health Check plugin to disable them even for you only and not other visitors to your site.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

I tried something different: I modified old image ads, and it works fine. These ads are saved as image ads.

The problem is when I create new ones.

Currently it is not possible to disable the plugins…

    Thanks for your feedback.

I also tried it with new ads on my site without any problems.

With the Health Check plugin, you can do this without users noticing, if this is your concern.

    Thanks.

    Hi lukepedroni,

we found the problem. It was in the Italian translation. You can update to version 1.10.4 to fix it.

    Best regards,
    Thomas
