You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value.

Hello!

I have installed the “Affiliates reCaptcha” extension and since then, the recaptcha shows below my affiliates sign up form. Users have to check the case confirming “I’m not a robot”. However, when I do this, I receive the message “You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value.”.

My website is a membership website and I found out that the error only occurs when a new user is created through the affiliate form. When an existing user signs up as an affiliate, the recaptcha works fine.

What can I do? I already entered the right security keys in the backend.
I asked the question in the “Affiliates reCaptcha” support forum, but it seems inactive.
