users not assigned to right role

It is possible that the role is getting overwritten by another plugin such as woocommerce. What role is being assigned for new users now?

Yea it’s probably because of the Woocommerce assigning a role ??

Ok, just add the Awesome Support capabilities to the role that WC is using and you should be all good.

I have changed it now. So know the Woocommerce have access to create a tick and so on as the support user ??
