Create downloadable PDFS from Form

  • Hi
    I am the administrator of a soccer club. We need members each year to renew their membership and pay.

    Part of this is creating a signed document for our local organiser and for SAFA.

    I want to create a form where our members can login, enter all their data and then create pdfs from this filled in form that can then be downloaded for printing and submission.

    Is this possible with this plugin?
