• I am building my blog; it is difficult to me to change the tool when developing. I give these remarks
    – the design of pages and posts with builder is necessary (such the free SiteOrigin page builder or probably the premium divi)
    – it is necessary to have capability to past office (libre office) files such word and excel; so the webmaster can be helped by people who do not know wordpress, and also recover documents into pages or posts
    – I hope that Gutemberg will offer pilicies, stiles an do on (currently very poor without plugins) and a really good to to design table (charts). it is a good thing to have tablepress, but it could be do better

@mars29dr you raise some great points, thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

As you rightly say being able to do more and build the pages is important and that is something the next phase of Gutenberg is going to focus on. Is there anything specifically from those page builders you’d like to call out as something to learn from?

Pasting of files should work, did you experience an issue doing this? I would love to dig a bit more as you could be running into an error.

I have good news on tables, that is something being worked on. What would you like to see brought in specifically?
