Missing image header

You can put different header image for different page with the help of 3rd party plugin-

Could you please check whether you have Kirki plugin installed and activated? If it is not you’ll see the notice about it on your Dashboard and in the customizer.
Without it being active you’ll be missing some options and that could cause your image header not to show up.

Indeed, I installed Kirki plugin and activated it, but no change.

Now when you activated Kirki, could you try adding another image and see what happens?
