wordpress displaying publicly user login and password

Can you walk me through the steps that cause this to happen? I’ll test it out on a clean WP site and see if I can replicate.

What plugin are you using to get that custom registration page? I suggest that you contact the developers as that’s not a core WP registration page.

Gravity Forms. Perhaps is not compatible with WordPress?
