Translations with WPML not working correctly

1) You need to enable translation from the WMPL. Please check the screenshot below:

2) You need to create 2 separate popups for each language accordingly and setup those popups to the page/post where you want to show.

Thank you, but the problem remains, the translated pop up does show on Chrome, but doesn’t on other browsers.
