Can’t see images in gallery

    Hello,

    We can’t get images to show when trying to view this gallery.

    Have looked at help files, such as this one:

    We suspect the problem may be to do with the single-maxgallery.php issue however there is nothing we can do about it because we are not allowed to access the server/FTP etc – we host with WordPress dot COM on a business plan and such access is not permitted.

    Any ideas of how to fix this please? Or should we request a refund?

    I posted in this forum because as far as I can see, the issue is likely to be connected with the core plugin and not paid add ons. What is what, in this case is to us, confusing.

    PS: Just found out we can get the gallery to display (on a different page) if we use a shortcode, however the view galley link page does not work.

    You can see an example of the problem here:

    https://brendaaksionov.com/visions/ – the gallery shows up via shortcode, yet when you click on the Album you get the empty page as mentioned.

    The single-maxgallery.php template file is required by WordPress for the galley page to display. If you can not place a copy of the file in the current theme folder, then you will have to use the short code in a new page.

    If you succeed in getting the file into your theme folder, do update the permalinks so WordPress becomes aware of the file.

    Need to be on a self hosted site.

    Plugin and add ons will be removed.
