    I have two separate issues:
    1) There is no thumbnail image showing for the galleries
    2) Inside those galleries, only the first gallery page will display, clicking the pagination either directs to the homepage or an empty page

    Hi @ethanolive,

    Sorry to hear about the encountered issues.

    1) Please access “Gallery -> Manage Albums” select the album, edit it and select a Thumbnail for it and save it. Repeat the same procedure for your other album to see if that helps;
    2) This sounds like a conflict. I would temporarily deactivate all the plugins excepting NextGen and switch to a “Twenty” generic theme in order to see if that changes anything.
    If that solves the problem, please try to reactivate the plugins one by one just to be able to retrace the issue.

    Thanks for helping with my issues.

    Unfortunately, I cannot uninstall plugins or change themes to test because the site is live and was built in the Avada theme. I will disable the pagination for now.

    Regarding the thumbnails not displaying, I verified there was a preview image selected for both galleries and albums. The filepath to the thumbnails seems to be pointing to nonexistent directories. The complete filepath for the first gallery thumbnail is ./43/91x68/crop/ccdf13acc0239c583a48f28d485623f. Looking at the server’s file structure, I do not see anything like this. I found a subdirectory named “thumbs” inside the gallery directory uploads/site/1/nggallery/*GalleryName*/thumbs.

    @ethanolive – There are a few other troubleshooting steps you might try:

    – Navigate to Gallery > Manage Galleries, select your gallery and then select all images and under the ‘bulk actions’ select “create new thumbnails”. Once the process completes, save changes. Navigate to Gallery > Other Options > Misc, and clear image cache. Reload your album page and see if that helps resolve the issue.
    – If it doesn’t resolve the issue, navigate to Gallery > Other Options > Reset Tool and run the reset. This will reset your default settings. The reset tool won’t delete your galleries, and it won’t change the gallery display options you have already set to galleries you have previously inserted to a page or post. In addition to resetting the default settings, it will help clear any stored gallery cache. So this may clear out the issue you’re seeing with the thumbnail file path. ??

    Keep us posted on your results.

    I reinstalled the plugin and now it seems to be working properly. Thank you for the assistance.
