Folding the menu on mobile phone and tablet

  • Good afternoon,
    My menu, submenu and its submenu are well displayed on laptop and desktop. On a Tablet and GSM, however, these are listed as one menu among each other, making it difficult to read. Can you help me. I would regret having to take a new theme, as I am very pleased with Dulcet.

    The menu on desktop is like this:
    menu menu menu
    submenu
    submenu
    submenu
    submenu

    On GSM and tablet it is like this:
    menu
    menu
    menu
    submenu
    submenu
    submenu
    submenu
