Unable to change product image size

    Hello.

    I am trying to change the image sizes, I believe of the Thumbnails. It’s the initial product photos you see when you go to the ‘Shop’ link. The little ones, before you actually click on the individual products.

    And so I’ve gone to Appearance/Customize/Woocommerce/Product Images – but any change I make, seem to do nothing. Right now they’re set to Main Image width – 600, and Thumbnail width – 300.

    I would ultimately like there to just be 3 rows of products, and then to have the images bigger, to fill up the remaining space, instead of having 4 smaller ones.

    Is this a limitation from the theme itself? Or is there something I’m missing? I’m using the Olsen-Lite theme.

    Hi there,

    I’m not familiar with your theme, Olsen-Lite, however, I feel that it may actually be an issue with your theme.

    Is the same happening when you switch to a default theme such as Storefront?

    You can try using this plugin that can override image sizes set by your theme as it adds the image/thumbnail size fields to Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images in cases where theme sets WooCommerce image sizes and those options aren’t available out of the box:
