site leave static page after some time

  • Hello, l am using wp 2.7.1 with a theme that have static pages and l was using wp with a static page setted as homepage for a while since l lunched this site. but today l realised site homepage retuns to blog posts in index.
    l know l didnt set blogs homepage as blog posts..
    Why Front page displays changes from static to latest posts itself? how can l set it to static page forever without any change again?
    deepnote: not l am tring to show frontpage to static page but it doesnt work and front page opens with lastest posts:(

  • Navigate to Admin/Settings/Reading

    Under “Front page displays”, check “static page”, choose a WordPress page from the dropdown and then save your changes.

    esmi, l wish l have spoken english as u understood. ?? l dont know how should l explain more simple than l did.
    I already am using this in same way. l dont know why u needed to spam in my post ?? maybe cos the mods of this forums doesnt work enough to help peoples who need support.
    Nevermind l learnt not to use wordpress forums..
