    Dear all,

    thank you for your support and your patience in the last month or so. I have been dealing with some health-related issues that have kept me away from my work with Slimstat. Unfortunately, at the same time, the person who was helping address all the support requests is not available anymore, and that’s why you’ve notice this sudden radio silence on all channels. Please rest assured that I haven’t abandoned Slimstat, and that I will be responding to all the pending support requests as soon as I am able to do so.

    Slimstat Page view is not getting tracked. The number go down to zero. while checking settings I got two below errors, but i have not changed any filter settings in slimstat . Can any one help on this.

    The information here above is useful to troubleshoot issues with the tracker. Errors are returned when the tracker could not record a page view for some reason and are indicative of some kind of malfunction. Please include the message here above when sending a support request.

    The message here above will indicate if a page view was not recorded because it matched at least one of the conditions you configured in your settings (filters, blacklists, etc).

    I have uninstalled geolite DB and installed again still both error is there and page view tacking count is decreased zero

    I wish you the best of success in your health challenge. I might be of some assistance providing an additional review of your condition. My Doctor calls me a Doctor. I appreciate being able to see the traffic my web site generates with Slimstat. Its really cool!

    I’d say this, if you can muster the energy, participate in your own research online to solve your medical issues. As you review the information don’t dismiss points of view that seem wrong. After you’ve seen many points of view then see what makes sense to you.

    The plugin needs some updating. The filters are NOT catching the bots and filtering is not keeping up.

    What is the status of this app, please?

    thank you for all your support and well wishes, I really appreciate all the energy you’ve sent my way. The treatment seems to be working, and I should be able to get back on track with Slimstat in the next few weeks. As you might understand, there’s a lot of work that needs to be done to bring things up to speed, fix bugs etc. In the meanwhile, if you can, please consider contributing to the codebase via my Github channel: https://github.com/slimstat/wp-slimstat

    Just ran into a server error and Slimstat is causing the error. So now I have to disable it. And I need the data from it….

    So, knowing you are recovering, and wishing your recovery goes quickly and well.

    Please, can you provide some sort of horizon for us on the App?
