No Alert Email – Regardless of Email provided

    Made a form and testing – I receive confirmation email that is received by submitter, however, I do not receive a confirmation email telling me I have received a reply. I have tried different emails – same and different emails of wordpress and checked my spam files.

    Any help appreciated.

    That’s quite weird – just to rule out the usual suspects, could you double check that you configured a valid email address in your Email Address field, under your Receive submission alerts option in step 2 of your form configuration?

    Hey there, having this same issue and tried to mail the mail adres that is put in. And it worked, but when I fill in a test message, I do not recieve any confirmation mail.
