    Hi BPS,

I have updated the plugin this morning, and now every-time I try to navigate away from the settings page it asks me to download a file, this changes depending which menu item I click to navigate away from, however this still doesn’t allow me to change pages.

As a consequence I have re-named the plugin so that I can de-activate it. I am now receiving the above email about every 3 minutes.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

This problem is caused by missing or invalid php/php.ini handler htaccess code in your Root htaccess file. Do these steps below to fix this problem.

    1. Delete your Root htaccess file.
    2. Turn AutoRestore|Quarantine Off. Note: If you have renamed BPS Pro plugin folder then rename it back to its original name.
    3. Check your web host’s help pages for this help info: php handler htaccess code or change PHP version.
    4. Choose the PHP version php/php.ini handler htaccess code that you want to use. ie if you want to load PHP5.6 then choose PHP5.6 php/php.ini handler htaccess code. if you want to load PHP7 then choose PHP7 php/php.ini handler htaccess code.
    5. Copy the php/php.ini handler htaccess code that you want to use to this BPS Root Custom Code text box: 1. CUSTOM CODE TOP PHP/PHP.INI HANDLER/CACHE CODE
    6. Click the Save Root Custom Code button.
    7. Go to the Setup Wizard page and run the Pre-Installation Wizard and Setup Wizard.
