Sorry to say that the wp-config.php has no function to our plugin. The wp-config.php file is related to the WordPress installation, managing etc. But our plugin, the WordPress Carousel is a WordPress based plugin that creates slider/carousel using WordPress gallery images. If you need to create a carousel with your gallery images in different styles, our plugin can help you.

I have the white screen of death. I didn’t download any new plugin or recently change my theme. I tried deactivating my plugins and that did not help. The only thing new is WordPress 5.0 — I don’t know if that has anything to do with it?

I am so discouraged that I can’t figure this out

Sorry to say that The issue is WordPress Related and this issue has no relation to our plugin ‘WordPress Carousel’. If you ask to the WordPress Support Forum, they can help you accurately.

We have tested that our plugin ‘WordPress Carousel‘ works accurately with the newly released WordPress 5.0 and Gutenberg.
