Safe to update my theme?

    Greetings!

    I currently have a client running Enigma (Pro) 2.2 on a older version of WordPress (which also needs to be updated). If I update to the latest version of Enigma 4.5, will I get the chance that the website will break?

    Besides the Enigma plugins, I only have Contact form 7 and YoastSEO running.
