WC saving custom field user data

Hello!
I recently started a shop selling crypto but I have a problem delaying our work a bit.

So, since crypto uses addresses (many diff types of altcoins) we had to add a custom field called “Payout Address” where people can put the address they wish to be payed out to.
Thing is, since we sell over 32 different coins, the custom fields are stored somewhere and I can’t figure out where. Every coin has it’s own type of address but the custom fields always show the last used address. This is a troublesome since sometimes people forget to double check. We have over 600 customers and it becomes very time consuming when you have to double check with your customers to see if they actually added the correct address.

Is there something I missed?
