• Hi there,

Just interested in thoughts of those who have much more WordPress experience than me: I recently came across this article https://themeisle.com/blog/add-svg-to-wordpress/ and it has me wondering – –

Q1. Why on earth does WordPress not (by default) allow .svg images? To me it makes perfect sense to use them over any other format.

Q2. Is it a common practice for experienced WP website creators to enable the ability of using .SVG files on wordpress? (eg as discussed in the article).

    Thanks in advance,
    Michelle
