• Hello all,
I’ve just implemented the p2 theme on my site for trying out and I’ve noticed something that I’m at a loss on how to fix.

I have the particular installation of WordPress in a location on the server https://domain.com/inhere. I want the primary address (meaning the one people will access via) to be https://inhere.domain.com.

It works, except when you go to https://inhere.domain.com, it defaults to a view of just recent posts, and there’s no way to get that proper main page that is supposed to be there which does show up when you go directly through https://domain.com/inhere.

That’s… the best I can do to explain it. Any thoughts? I didn’t see anything in here, I looked.

  • Can you be more specific on how you are handling your subdomain and how you have wordpress configured?

    Hmm. Well, let me see.
In the administrative panel provided by my host (i am not self hosted per se) I have the option to create subdomains of my domain. It’s an automatic “create subdomain – enter name .domain.com” kind of thing so there’s not much I can say about it. Host is Dreamhost if that means anything.

I have WordPress configured with the location being the domain.com/inhere and the WordPress address being https://inhere.domain.com. I tried it with both being domain.com/inhere as well as https://inhere.domain.com but it yielded the same results.
