Dynamic image linked to user ID

Hi all,

Is there a way to link a media library image to a user ID?

I want to have a unique page for each user with their chosen image as a main image. I would like to build a template page, redirect to template page from login and the user finds their details and unique image on the page.

For reasons that I wont bore you with I can’t use a membership plugin to achieve this.
