• I’ll preface this by saying the plugin itself worked fine. However, I downloaded it based solely on its better-than-average rating without reading comments from others. Because of this, I ended up spending a lot of time trying to figure out why I couldn’t get other jquery scripts to work within my theme. Unfortunately, I wasn’t bright enough to figure out more quickly that FCG was the cause.

  • It’s true that FCG does have some conflicts with some jquery-based plugins, due to the fact that it’s built on the MooTools framework, but there is a very active support forum that could help you resolve your conflicts or provide alternatives. There’s also a video that can help you with basic setup that might help. Hopefully you’ll find a resolution to your issue and you’re able to use the plugin. Here’s the links:

    Thanks, iePlexus…I may take a look at those. I’d prefer to just use the plugin rather than try to incorporate a similar script into the theme.

    Sorry, I have just been on there and one thing it isnt is “active”. Well certainly from an answer point of view!
