Bug in Mobile Menu

On a mobile, pages with sub-pages appear on the menu with a > on the right side of the menu.

When clicking through on the > in the menu, the menu collapses. The expected behavior is to have the sub-pages show up.
(Only clicking on the menu page title do the sub-pages appear.)
