• This is a piece of junk.

    Look at the stats, 2/3 of us don’t want Gutenberg, do we have to fork out for you to listen…

    If you wish to modernized WordPress, this is not the proper way to go.

    @ducktape thanks for taking time to test Gutenberg and leave feedback. It’s worth noting what is being released in phase one of Gutenberg isn’t meant to be a page builder, it is an editor.

    Could I dig a little into what you think would modernize WordPress right now? Anything you think should absolutely happen?

    Hi Tammie,

    First off, Tammie thank you for caring.

    Just to let you know that I do like the concept of block but it is the way Gutenberg is implementing it, let me explain ;

    Stating with a blank page is very poor design, no frame or background colour to the block ready to be filled out.

    Once the block is filled out how do one expand it to let say 960px ??? The only way I have found is going in Appearance // Personalized witch meant that I must get out of may page no really user friendly.

    No justified text option we have to do it via CSS. Not user friendly.
    Block overlapping each other so it become very hard to select the upper section. Not user friendly.

    I know that your Columns Block is in Beta but honestly, get the hell out of that business.

    The menu, yes those nice little icons MUST be SCROLL to find what we want and yes I can type a short description but again NOT USER FRIENDLY.

    Sorry but I did not go any further in my testing, I had more than enough.

    I know my comments are harsh but I am very truthful in all my comments.

    Regards,

    Ducktape
