MP v2 not sending emails

HI, I have problem with free version of MP v2, it is not sending anymore mass email to about 1700 users. I did try all but still there is problem:

– Using SMTP do not work
– Using web do not work
– Test email is sent every time without problems and it arrive but scheduled email is not sent at all.
