• I cant change my domains email, It keeps saying email has been sent but i haven’t received anything. I tried for a week now still no confirmation email has been sent to change the email

    I understand your concern in this issue.

    Have you double check your new email address? Is it 100% correct?

    If yes, then are your website using Cpanel? If yes, please login into your Cpanel and check at your Track Delivery section, is the email getting delivered?

    If the email log says it has been delivered, please check your new email address log to find out where the email goes.
