Quiz clash with LMS and QSM

Since both our plugins register a “Quiz” post type with the slug “quiz” (as you’ve identified) the QSM plugin’s registration runs after our and overwrites ours. One or the other needs to change if you want to use them both.

You can use this code snippet to change the registration of our quiz post type to “llms_quiz”: https://gist.github.com/thomasplevy/f20bd4c615ce63fb51fc9ddbc5cc6b95

You can replace “llms_quiz” in that example with anything you want the URL to be. It must be URL safe though (no spaces or weird characters).

I have added the code to the child theme functions.php and the permalinks for the quizzes have changed to llms_quiz……..
However, now when I click the link, both in the quiz builder section or on the actual quiz page, it stays on the lesson page.

I will investigate further, but I wondered if you have any ideas on why it is not redirecting.

It is working. I forgot to save the permalinks in the dashboard.

Sorry I forgot to note that you need to flush permalinks after adding the code.
