Want to stop site opening like app from iPhone Home Screen

Hi,

When my homepage is added to the Home Screen on an iPhone, the site opens outside the Safari browser and looks like an app. The problem is that the bottom bar – with back/forward etc – no longer shows (but I want it to show). And when you go to some pages on my site, safari then opens up anyway, which looks messy. Is there a way of disabling this so my site just opens up in safari when added to the Home Screen (ie not like an app)? I am using the GovPress theme. Many thanks.
