    I hope this makes sense, I use a 3rd party software to process orders, stock etc, which for the most part works fine.

    When I update stock or complete an order it updates woo via API, it updates it correctly but, and this is a guess, that because it updates the DB directly it doesn’t change everything in woo correctly.

    For example, I have a back in stock notification plugin, when the stocks are updated it’s updates and add the stock to woo, but then I have to go in to the product and change the stock then save it for it to fire the back in stock email, I then have to change the stock back to the correct level.

    It’s the same with order processing, I have emails sent when order is completed but they aren’t sent for the same reason.

    Any ideas how to fix it so it’s automated.
