Links to cross-origin destinations are unsafe reported by Light House

Hello Team,

While checking the lighthouse report from google for our website, we come across an issue of Links to cross-origin destinations are unsafe.

Add rel="noopener" or rel="noreferrer" to any external links to improve performance and prevent security vulnerabilities.

So when checked the issue, came to know that the issue comes from the GDPR plugin.

If we do inspect element opt out link, we can see that rel=”noopener or rel=”noreferrer is not added along with target_blank.

Please help us to provide a solution for the same.
